...but then again, don't count on it!
Guess where I am, currently as I type this? My adorded IT class.
Part of me is telling me to not be lazy and act like one of those skipping people who only arrive to class because... who really know why and do something productive in the class. The other, bigger part of me is saying that, hell, I'm already done, and I use to all the time last year when I finished all my work too.
My next project coming up for this class is a full fledged game, which will undoubtly take up all the freetime I used to have in IT to slack off to do stuff like what I'm doing right now by updating my blog.
At this rate, I probably won't get to update my dA until... my next long weekend. And by my "next long weekend", I probably mean summer. Yay, summer! It's practically summer now, actually. What has global warming/Al Nino done?
Or if something cool happens to me... like the Sailor Moon incident.

I said I would upload some more art, and I did
They are characters of mine, yes. They were made a pretty long time ago - probably within' my stupid years of grade 7 or so. Needless to say, they are arbitrarily lame. Doesn't mean I can't revamp their designs!
From left to right: Unnamed Character, Erin, Lunabella.
And you pronounce "Erin" as "EAR-rin", like "earring" in a sense. Not like "Aaron".
Yes, pictures like this are very rare indeed. For one, I acted as a lazy asshole and outlined these pictures in ballpoint pen as opposed to those expensive, felt tip fine liners I usually use. On the other hand, I made these three pictures super detailed and just coloured them in coloured pencils - which I never do nowadays! I think it makes a nice stop point to reflect on the road of my colour-pencil-prowess, not saying that I am a prowess to begin with, but yeah, I can't say I didn't improve at least from old pictures.
I drew these three pictures on one sheet of paper and cut them up - another rarity for me.
And you know what else is rare? Drawing art, haha.
These three pictures actually took me a long time to complete during my art block. Maybe two to three months, working on and off. I guess that's not too bad, considering art is only an hour and 40 minutes.
Outlined in ballpoint pen.
Coloured with coloured pencils.

Vocaloid Series: Pakaito and Miku Gouda
These pictures were actually made the day after the McHatsune picture a while back, back during spring break. I finally got off my lazy ass and decided to upload them.
Yup, stupid stuff ahead.
Guess who this is? Pakaito! Who is this “Pakaito”? Well, my young child, Pakaito is a llama version of Kaito. Sometimes, he’s represented in a beighish colour, like I used, and sometimes, a rainbow scheme.
I really like this way of colouring. I realize I’m really bad at it, so, yup, practice.
Aw, Pakaito’s awesome. :D
And he's even eating a popsicle! Aw.
Testing out SAI in this picture. I really need these stupid little brain-farts so I can practice these kinds of things.
You know what is the most intriguing tool found in many Asian-made graphic programs? The paintbrush. Not the Photoshop kind of paintbrush, but the paintbrush which has those blurring capabilities. I think I get it… a bit, but overall, I have no freakin’ clue as to when to use it. The colours just go everywhere when I try to paint. I’ll stick to my pencil too, thank you very much.
But, yes, thisfat sexy character is my attempt to like, “practice”. What a sexy beast.
Made in openCanvas and SAI, in that order.
Oh, and don’t worry. Unless you’re caught between the brief interval between this and my next post, I need not to remind you that I’ll be uploading more art here!
Sigh. When will I ever update my dA? I don’t know, man; I don’t know. But hey, at least I’m still showing signs of life.
